Sovereign Global Group attains ISO 9001

On 7 September 2017, Sovereign Global (SG) Group successfully attained the Quality Management System (QMS) International Standard ISO 9001:2015 with their new internationally respected certificating body, TUV Nord.

TUV Nord auditors conducted in-depth audits of SG Offices and found we conformed to the international QMS standard with zero non-conformities and several strong points regarding communication, documentation and process flow.

ISO 9001 is a much sought-after international standard which is awarded to well-organised, quality companies who successfully manage the risks & opportunities affecting all areas of their business, including those that could affect their ‘interested parties’ such as clients, suppliers, employees, national and international Authorities and shareholders.  Once a significant risk has been identified, preventative action or ‘control measures’ are implemented to avoid the risk, or if this is not possible, reduce the effect of the risk to as low as practicably possible.

Analysing business to identify the risks involved also allows us to identify opportunities for improvement, improvement that we can ultimately pass onto our satisfied customers and other interested parties in the form of improved products and services, efficiency and cost.
